Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe (selected countries/regions). Available destinations are subject to the options shown at checkout.
Carriers
We may use carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and others. The actual carrier will be confirmed in your shipping notification.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotions, processing may be slightly delayed, and we will notify you via the order page or email.
Return Address

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
Free shipping on orders over $160 within the United States, and over $260 to Canada, Australia, and Europe.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method. Free-shipping eligibility and thresholds (if applicable) are shown at checkout and may vary by region.
Customs Duties & Taxes
In some cases, your order may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. The amount depends on the rules of the destination.
These fees are the responsibility of the recipient under local customs and tax regulations. If taxes are not shown as included at checkout, customs/import taxes are typically paid by the recipient.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination selected at checkout. Estimated shipping times are:
United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
Australia & Europe: 7–15 business days (as shown at checkout)
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs, or carrier issues. If delivery takes longer than expected, we will notify you by email or SMS and assist with carrier investigation or alternative arrangements.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking information. You can also visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number to view the latest status. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Shipping Damage & Loss
If your order is damaged in transit, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the item and provide photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will verify the issue and, once confirmed, offer a free replacement or full refund.
For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a solution. You may be asked to provide tracking details and relevant communication records as evidence.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. If delivery fails or the package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional fees or delays may occur.
Exceptions & Delays
If there is a shipping issue (e.g., no tracking updates for a long time, misdelivery, damage), please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and tracking number. We will assist with carrier verification and resolution.
